This was a good idea!
About 4 years ago I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. I asked my rheumatologist if a hot tub and/or sauna would soothe my aching joints and muscles. He said “yes” so upon the recommendation of our neighbor at the time we picked out the hot tub that would fit perfectly on the cement area in our fenced in yard. After looking at the infrared saunas we also purchased one of those. My husband uses the sauna more than I do but whenever we sit in our hot tub after a long day at work or traveling he says “Have I ever told you what a good idea this was?” And yes, it also helps my joints and muscles. 🙂
